Over three years, between 2006 and 2009, from Reporters Without Borders kept almost continuous contact with at least three hundred cartoonists virtually all those practicing in the profession in newspapers and magazines. More than half responded generously with their drawings to our request for join the campaign to defend freedom of expression, the struggle to end the censorship and opposition to any manipulation or silencing events important and decisive.
This combative attitude, English cartoonists have been at the forefront with journalists who claim the right to report truthfully and without restrictions, true to our slogan "If you do not count, does not exist" .
